What we do

• Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Responsive layouts that reflow to mobile, tablet, and desktop widths without loss of content.
• A “Skip to content” link on every page, so keyboard users can move past the menu to the main content.
• Keyboard-accessible menus, forms and interactive elements.
• Text and background colors on our pages meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast requirements.
• Alternative text for meaningful images on our own pages. Photos supplied with MLS listings do not yet include descriptions.

Third-party content

Portions of this site render content from third-party services, including the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) via IDX, mapping tiles via OpenStreetMap, and an embedded Google Map. While we strive to select accessible partners, we cannot guarantee full WCAG conformance for content served by those third parties.
