This site provides real estate information for the West Michigan lakeshore, including property listings, tools for saving searches and favorites through a free account, email alerts, and requests for market analyses. Monty Ashton is a licensed Michigan real estate agent and REALTOR® affiliated with Lighthouse Realty, 503 S. Rath Ave., Ludington, MI 49431.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The real estate listing data on this site comes in part from the Broker Reciprocity / IDX program of the Michigan Regional Information Center (MichRIC). Detailed information about listings held by brokerage firms other than Lighthouse Realty includes the name of the listing brokerage (“Listing courtesy of …”). This information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
